A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Hey everyone, just wanted to tell you a little about my background and who I’ve become so far. I’m saying “so far” because everyday I’m learning more about myself and who God has truly created me to be in His Kingdom.
Well, I was born and raised in St.
Louis, Missouri. I was blessed to be raised by two of the greatest parents in
the world (Leslie and Sarah DuBose) I have six 6 siblings one of which is my
beautiful and gifted twin sister Taisha DuBose.
I grew up in a loving musical and creative family. My parents made sure
that we had everything that we needed to succeed even if it meant making
sacrifices for themselves. I was always surrounded by different forms
of music. My mother devoted her time to making sure that all the children in
the family had the
greatest opportunity that she could provide to us; in the area of our expressed
dreams.
My siblings and I formed a group and sang acapella in local churches and many other events. My mother would make sure that we always had proper stage presence and made sure that we would ask the Holy Spirit to play or sing through us. My mother was also a vocalist in various choirs; so she made sure she exposed us to a wealth of music as children which really influenced our development.
I remember when I was in seventh grade and trying to play a song by the Carpenters " We've Only Just Begun" on my clarinet and I was having the hardest time with it and my dad came in from work and devoted his whole afternoon to helping me learn that song for my solo at graduation." “Memories like that are priceless and I really thank God for having supportive parents" Shortly after that I began to play alto sax, which I have continued to play for many years, this is certainly a decision which I never looked back from. Shortly after that I realized that making music was my main goal and I was asked to showcase my playing in various venues across Missouri. I also was given the opportunity to play at numerous churches and i made sure that God received the glory through my music.

Everyday
I am learning how to take full advantage of this great life that God has given
me, by taking my divine purpose and earthly assignments to heart. My musical ambitions and business endeavors
are constantly continuing to grow as well as my passion to assist the people assigned
to me to uncover their true purpose. It is my desire to help uncover their
purpose using the gift of music and other strategic and creative outlets.
Here are just a couple of ministries that I currently have up and running:
The Prophetic Sound Band: The Prophetic Sound band has a mandate to
produce, create and play music that will (1) to minister unto to Lord by
offering our gift of music back to him. (2) Playing with the Spirit and the
understanding so that the people of God can gain divine direction and gather
strategic plans for the next phase of their assignment. (3) To produce frequencies
and vibrations of sound that will bring healing, deliverance and generational
alignment to anyone dealing with chronic diseases and constant mind battles.
In the Key of Destiny:
organization that’s intended to help any one uncover their true purpose. By producing manuals booklets, music,
motivational products, and events that will help one uncover the purpose already
inside of them.
Final note:
It
seems that the world is building an appreciation for more than just talent but
sound; people are seeking for purpose and hope for living which is in Jesus
Christ. It
is my heart to let the love of God show forth through my music and my life
style.
